Welcome to ShreeJap (“ShreeJap”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated by [Your Legal Entity Name Pvt. Ltd. / Proprietorship name]. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of [shreejap.in] (the “Website”), your account, and any purchase of crystals, rudraksha, or jewellery from us.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms along with our [Privacy Policy], [Shipping Policy], and [Return & Refund Policy], all of which are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to shop with us. If you are under 18, please use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you access the site from outside India, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Your Account

You’re responsible for keeping your password, OTP, and login details secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, fake orders, COD abuse, misuse of offers/coupons, or any breach of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful, personal shopping purposes. You must not:

  • Impersonate any person or misstate your connection with anyone
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data or place orders
  • Attempt to hack, introduce malware, or disrupt the Website, its servers, or networks
  • Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Submit false or misleading information, or misuse promotional offers
  • Use content from the Website for unauthorised commercial purposes or AI/model training

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access, and appropriate legal action.

4. Products — Natural Variation & Imagery

Crystals, rudraksha, and gemstones are natural materials, and jewellery pieces are often handcrafted. Each item may vary in colour, shade, size, weight, texture, banding, mukhi lines, or grain — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

We make every effort to photograph products accurately, but actual colour may differ slightly due to lighting, photography, screen or device settings, and manufacturing batch — see also our Return Policy on colour variation. Significant errors or genuinely incorrect items remain covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Spiritual & Traditional Information — No Professional Advice

Our products and any accompanying descriptions are rooted in traditional Vedic, devotional, and cultural belief, offered for informational and spiritual purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcome — financial, medical, relational, career, or otherwise — from the use of our products. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters, and make your own informed decisions.

6. Certificates & Authenticity

A lab certificate, authenticity card, or similar document is provided only where the specific product page states it is included. Where a third-party certificate is provided, it reflects the testing methods and representations of the issuing lab, not ShreeJap.

7. Jewellery & Product Care

Plating, metal parts, clasps, and finishes may naturally fade, tarnish, or change with exposure to water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, or daily wear. Normal wear and tear over time is not, by itself, a manufacturing defect.

8. Pricing & Website Content

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice; you pay the price shown at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. For high-value orders, we may request a government-issued photo ID or PAN as required by law. We are not obligated to offer a retrospective refund or price adjustment if a product’s price drops after your order is accepted.

We reserve the right to change, update, add, or remove any content on the Website — including product descriptions, images, pricing, offers, and availability — at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

9. Order Acceptance, Errors & Cancellation by Us

Displaying a product does not guarantee your order will be accepted — orders are subject to stock availability, successful payment, serviceability of your delivery location, and fraud/COD verification checks. We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors and, where necessary, cancel the affected order; any amount collected will be refunded per our Refund Policy. We may also cancel or limit orders showing signs of fraud, COD abuse, repeated refusal/RTO, or suspected resale/dealership activity.

10. Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and other digital methods, and may offer COD depending on pin code, order value, and your order history. COD orders may be verified via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or OTP. For high-value or higher-risk COD orders, we may require partial advance payment. Repeated fake orders or COD refusals may result in COD being restricted for future orders.

11. Promotions, Coupons & Free Gifts

Coupons, discount codes, and free-gift offers may carry their own conditions (validity, minimum order value, eligible products, payment method, usage limits). Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, and any free gift or accompanying item must be returned along with the product if you return your order (see our Return Policy). We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time, prospectively.

12. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch timelines, delivery estimates, tracking, and RTO handling are covered in our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated.

13. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Governed entirely by our separate Return & Refund Policy, published on the Website, which forms part of these Terms. Eligibility depends on product category, condition, reporting window, and supporting evidence (including the mandatory unboxing video). Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be restricted.

14. Reviews & User Content

You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, or videos. By doing so, you confirm you have the right to share this content and grant ShreeJap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it on our Website, social media, and marketing materials. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content — we may remove such content at our discretion.

15. Our Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including our name, logo, product photography, videos, descriptions, and designs — is owned by or licensed to ShreeJap. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, or commercially reuse this content without our prior written permission.

16. Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party providers for payments, shipping, hosting, and analytics; their own terms and privacy policies apply independently. Any dealings you have with third parties linked from our site are solely between you and them — we are not responsible for resulting loss or damage.

17. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent the law allows, ShreeJap and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. Nothing here excludes any liability, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShreeJap, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or liability (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of any law or third-party right.

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil disturbance, strikes, courier/transport disruption, government restrictions, or internet/telecom failures.

20. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms — you remain liable for any amount due up to that point. You may stop using the Website at any time.

21. Consent to Communications

By sharing your contact details, you consent to receive order-related and, where permitted, promotional communications from us via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and calls — including on numbers registered under the National Do Not Call registry, for transactional purposes. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

22. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms, or any of our policies (including Shipping, Return & Refund, and Privacy Policy), at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or intimation to you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and our policies periodically for changes. We are under no obligation to individually inform you of updates via email, SMS, or any other channel. Your continued use of the Website, or placing an order, after any change is posted constitutes your acceptance of that change. The version published on the Website at the time of your order shall apply to that order.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at [Your City, State], India. Nothing here prevents you from approaching a consumer forum or commission available under applicable law.
